After feeling some ‘chest discomfort’ on Tuesday, 78-year-old Senator Bernie Sanders was admitted to the hospital and doctors found he had a blockage in one artery and two stents were successfully inserted.

His Senior Advisor, Jeff Weaver, gave an update minutes ago:

“Following medical evaluation and testing he was found to have a blockage in one artery and two stents were successfully inserted. Sen. Sanders is conversing and in good spirits. He will be resting up over the next few days. We are canceling his events and appearances until further notice, and we will continue to provide appropriate updates.”
What does this mean for his campaign? Staffers assured the press that he would only need a few days off and then would be able to hit the campaign trail again.
