Pending approval from the FDA ( we should know Oct. 26th) the Biden administration announced its plan to roll out coronavirus vaccines for children ages 5 to 11.

The White House says they have enough does of the Pfizer-BioNTechpediatricvaccine for the country’s 28 million children in that age group and have been coordinating with local jurisdictions to make sure they will be ready to distribute and administer the shots for free.

“Today the Biden Administration is announcing a plan to ensure that, if a vaccine is authorized for children ages 5-11, it is quickly distributed and made conveniently and equitably available to families across the country,” the White House said in a statement.

Great news for families everywhere.
