Carson Daly revealed personal details of Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s wedding over the weekend at Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch as “a perfect blend of country and glamour.”
Daly, who is the host of the popular ‘The Voice’ TV show, officiated the ceremony Saturday.
“The best way to describe it is it was perfectly them — the whole weekend and the marriage itself,” Daly said on his Today show segment Tuesday. “It was as elegant and refined and cool as Gwen is, and it was as country and down-home and fun as Blake is.”
Daly also revealed he convinced the duo to write their own vows, and that when it was his turn, Shelton pulled out a guitar and sang a romantic song he had written for the occasion.
As for the stunning TWO dresses Stefani wore, both were Stefani Vera Wang creations and naturally, she paired them with white stiletto cowboy boots. As for country boy Shelton, he sported jeans with a blazer and bowtie.
