On Tuesday, President-elect Joe Biden said that he would get 100 million of the COVID vaccine distributed during his first 100 days in office, though he may face vaccine production and procurement problems he will inherit from Trump. (The Trump administration has not let the incoming Biden team into their meetings nor shared their distribution plans, leaving many to fear they have none.)
‘This team will help get at the latest – at the last 100 million COVID-19 vaccine – at least 100 million COVID vaccine shots into the arms of American people in the first 100 days,’ Biden said.
He also reiterated that he wants Americans to pledge to wear a mask for 100 days as well, saying he would make doing so a requirement in federal buildings and on planes, trains and buses that cross state lines.
