Press Secretary Jen Psaki broke the news Sunday:
‘He’s going to have more to say later in April about the second part of his recovery plan, which will include … health care, child care.’
This stimulus package is on the heels of Biden’s $1.9 trillion ‘American Rescue Plan’, which has already helped kick-start the economy.
This is not to be confused with the infrastructure and jobs plan he is preparing to roll out on Wednesday, which could reach between $2-$4 trillion.
