Ralph Yarl, only 16, is in the hospital fighting for his life after he went to the wrong house to pick up his younger brothers and was shot by the homeowner through his glass door. Twice.

Yarl’s aunt, Faith Spoonmore, wrote that her nephew, a high school junior, did not have his phone with him when he went to get his brothers.

“He mistakenly went to the wrong house, one block away from the house where his siblings were,” she wrote. The addresses are on parallel streets with similar names — Northeast 115th Street and Northeast 115th Terrace.’

Now stars including Viola Davis and Halle Berry have called for justice and a GoFundMe has raised over a million and a half.

An impassioned Viola Davis wrote on her social media:

All Hands On Deck!

’16-year-old #RalphYarl was going to pick up his two younger siblings from an unfamiliar address when he was shot in the head and again while on the ground by the white man that answered the door after he rang the wrong door bell.
