Since Odysseus landed on the moon on Feb. 22 — the first craft to reach the lunar surface in more than 50 years — it’s been busy collecting data and sending back stunning images.
Built by the private company Intuitive Machines, the lander has since tilted sideways so it will only be able to transmit until Tuesday morning, when its solar panels will ‘no longer be exposed to light.’
Still, the photos and information gleaned from this expedition are worth the trip.
