You remember Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis — the one who grinned in her mug shot?

Jenna Ellis broke down in tears as she pleaded guilty in the Georgia election case saying she would have refused to represent the ex-president ‘if I knew then what I know now.’

In a deal with prosecutors Ellis, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings and avoided jail time. Instead, she was sentenced to five years probation, a $5,000 fine, and 100 hours of community service, and was also ordered to write an apology letter to the people.

As part of the deal, she has agreed to testify ‘truthfully’ which could mean turning against Trump.

This comes just days after two other former Trump lawyers – Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro – also struck deals and pleaded guilty to lesser charges.
