Storm Uri has killed 23 people from Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, North Carolina to Missouri.

And approximately  3.4 million were still without power Wednesday morning, including 2.7 million in Texas where the electric grid failed.

Now there’s a second storm on the way with New York City expected to get as much as 10 inches of white powder.

More than 150 million Americans are under winter weather warnings, which is almost half of the U.S.
