Why Was A Bear Co-Presenting At The Oscars?

From the movie ‘Cocaine Bear,’ the actual bear helped director Elizabeth Banks present the Oscar for ‘Best Visual Effects.’

(No, not really, it was just a person in a bear costume but it certainly made the point about visual effects in the movies!)
