On Friday, a panicked worker in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office called 911 after opening an envelope filled with white powder. Fortunately, it was harmless but the FBI says it’s part of the campaign waged by Trump’s MAGA fans against the District Attorney.

Former prosecutor Karen Agnifilo says that posts made by former President Donald Trump that attacked Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, are criminal and should be prosecuted.

This event follows a  Truth Social post this week, where Trump shared an article with a photo of him standing with a baseball bat next to a picture of Bragg. (Since deleted.)

NY House Democratic leader Hakeen Jeffries condemned Trump’s words and said their consequences could prove fatal.

“(Trump)’s rhetoric is reckless, reprehensible and irresponsible. It’s dangerous,” Jeffries said. “And if he keeps it up, he’s going to get someone killed.”
