Former President Trump made history as the first president to be impeached twice and face criminal charges; a seven-count indictment was filed in Federal court Thursday.
“I have been indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax,” Trump wrote on the social media site Truth Social. He went on to complain: “I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States,” he said in a lengthy post that ended: “I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!”
