On Thursday, the former President complained to Fox News’s Laura Ingraham that law enforcement was ‘persecuting’ the Capitol rioters, and whined that ‘nothing happens’ to left-wing protesters.
Quick reminder: Five people died in the riot and MAGA supporters chanted ‘Hang Mike Pence.’ More than 300 dangerous rioters have been arrested so far.

Trump then added:
‘Some of them went in and they’re, they’re hugging and kissing the police and the guards. You know, they had great relationships. A lot of the people were waved in and then they walked in and they walked out.’
Strangely, no photos of these ‘friendly’ protestors exist.
Trump reluctantly did admit that those who stormed the Capitol ‘went in and they shouldn’t have done it.’
