Your sainted Mom deserves a cruise but if that isn’t in the cards, you can at least treat her to a champagne brunch on a very big ship — the Queen Mary.

Famous for their regular brunch, they take it up a notch for Mother’s Day. Imagine 50 unique dishes from around the globe, such as Asian style ribs or Albondigas soup though you can still get the standard brunch fare. Enjoy a traditional western breakfast like made-to-order omelets, pancakes, eggs benedict and homemade hash.

Some Mom’s hover over the salad station, featuring a chef-crafted Cobb salad or the cheese station with dozens of imported and domestic varieties.

Still, the highlight always seems to be the signature carving station, which offers perfectly prepared prime rib with au jus and leg of lamb with mint jus.

Expect Mom to enjoy the champagne and the ambiance (which often includes a harpist.)

Just what you sainted Mother deserves.
