Here’s how it went down.
An anti-government activist, Ammon Bundy, already faced misdemeanor charges of trespassing and resisting arrest linked when he and other protestors refused to leave the Idaho Statehouse. (They were protesting the lockdown measures.)
Then, when he shows up for this trial this week, he refuses to wear a face mask (required for anyone entering a State building.) Not only that, he staged a protest with other covid-idiots non-maskers so the judge issued an arrest warrant for failure to appear, a misdemeanor.
When the police tried to arrest Bundy, he lay down on the ground and refused.
Bundy is now cooling his heels in Ada County Jail where he is being held on a $10,000 bond.
