Disney announced plans for a new theme park…in Abu Dhabi, its first in the Middle East.
The new location is the seventh Disney theme park resort around the world after the U.S., Japan, France and China and will be located on Yas Island in the UAE.
“Our resort in Abu Dhabi will be the most advanced and interactive destination in our portfolio,” Josh D’Amaro, chairman of Disney Experiences, said.
No word on when it might be completed.
