The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post all announced that they would not be sending their reporters on Air Force One with the President over fears he is still infectious with COVID …and doesn’t wear a mask on the plane.

‘White House reporters had safety concerns and were not comfortable traveling with the president at this time,’ Elisabeth Bumiller, Washington bureau chief for the Times said.

‘We continue to evaluate our coverage plans,’ The Post said of the decision not to send reporters.

Once a converted role, now reports are balking at covering the President, even the press pool duty.
