Remember when Kayne West said he was stepping away from politics? That is so 2018. In the New Year, the musician tweeted his support for the President — again.

It was only in October that West — after a firestorm of criticism — announced that :

‘I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative.’

In his twisted logic, the rapper tried to tweet his reasoning ‘

‘They will not program me.’

‘Blacks are 90% Democrats That sounds like control to me,’ West tweeted.

‘Love everyone,’ and ‘We will change the world. God is on my side. I am a Christian. I am a tax payer. I am myself. God is with us,’ the musician declared.

‘One of my favorite of many things that the trump hat represents to me is that people can’t tell me who I should do because I’m black. That’s real racism,’ he added in another tweet.

‘From now on I’m performing with my mutherf**king hat on,’ he said. ‘One of my favorite of many things about what the Trump hat represents to me is that people can’t tell me what to do because I’m black.’
