Disgraced ‘Empire’ actor Jussie Smollett has been indicted on 16 felony counts by a grand jury Friday. After orchestrating his own attack in an attempt to get a raise from the popular TV show, the Chicago police who initially investigated his attack as a hate crime, arrested him for disorderly conduct.
