Heather Locklear, who is in rehab, posted a heartfelt message about substance abuse on her Instagram Wednesday and dedicated it to a man named ‘Josh.’
We can only assume this is someone she knew who overdosed. Fortunately, the actress is in rehab following two very public arrests and an alleged suicide. We wish her the best in this fight.
