It’s extraordinary news, Virginia (‘Ginni” ) Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, used her access to repeatedly press Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
This was only discovered when Mark Meadows released his texts to the Jan. 6 Committee.
In one damning text, Thomas offers legal strategy, and in one November 10, 2020, text wrote, “Help This Great President stand firm, Mark!!! … You are the leader, with him, who is standing for America’s constitutional governance at the precipice. The majority knows Biden and the Left is attempting the greatest Heist of our History.”
While this appears to be a conflict of interest for the Supreme Court judge, her lawyers argue that she ‘runs in her own orbit’ separate from her husband.
