Creative Labs has done it again with their new ‘Creative Outlier Gold’ in-ear headphones which last for an astonishing 39-hours. Not only are they’re wireless and sweatproof, but they are also equipped with something called Software Super X-Fi which basically gives you the immersive surround sound as you have at a theatre. As well, Outlier Gold features the latest Bluetooth 5.0 that is capable of performing at twice the speed of Bluetooth 4.2.
All this for $79.99 (down from $99.)
The sound is well-balanced, with great bass and mid-ranges, capturing crystal-clear highs. Unlike most earbuds, which only let you take a call in one ear/mono, with the Outliers you can hear audio out of both earbuds while on a call and still have direct access to Siri or Google Assistant.
And like your Apple Air Pods, these come with a small charging case that recharges the Outliers. (The case is also rechargeable via an included USB Type-C cable to a Type-A charging port.) Small enough to fit in your purse or backpack.
