A Fox News poll from April 18-21, with responses from 1,104 registered voters, gave Trump the lowest approval rating ever for a president in their first 100 days, since at least 2001.
The poll gave Trump just a 44% approval rating, down five points from his rating in March. The 44% rating is one point lower than Trump’s approval rating at this time during his first term.
President Trump is “underwater on everything” when it comes to his approval ratings’ a FOX NEWS host said on Thursday.
As Fox News pointed out, Trump’s current approval rating is much lower than Joe Biden’s 54%, Barack Obama’s 62%, and George W. Bush’s 63% at the 100-day mark of their respective presidencies.
True to form, Trump slammed Murdoch in a social media post, attacking the billionaire, his TV network and the Wall Street Journal, which is also owned by Murdoch.
“Rupert Murdoch has told me for years that he is going to get rid of his FoxNews, Trump Hating, Fake Pollster, but he has never done so,” Trump wrote. “This ‘pollster’ has gotten me, and MAGA, wrong for years. Also, and while he’s at it, he should start making changes at the China Loving Wall Street Journal. It sucks!!!”
In addition, per the Fox News poll, Elon Musk’s work with Trump on DOGE was firmly negative, with 39% of Americans approving and 56% disapproving.
