Now her lawyers are seeking ‘very substantial’ damages for his comments on CNN and also for an ugly Truth Social post calling the New York verdict on May 9 a ‘disgrace’.
Her lawyers argue that the remarks Trump made at the town hall show ‘malice’ toward Carroll.
