DWTS’s head judge Ken Goodman has died from bone cancer aged 78.

The charismatic judge on the hit show from 2005 until 2022, was one of the most popular among audiences.

A spokesman for the family said he died peacefully in a hospice in Kent, England,, ‘surrounded by his family.’

Before he turned to judging, Goodman was a successful competitive dancer himself.  He published his autobiography ‘Better Late Than Never: From Barrow Boy to Ballroom’ in 2009, followed by two other books, ‘Len’s Lost London’ and ‘Dancing Around Britain’.

His sense of humor, as well as his impressive knowledge of dance, made him perfect for Dancing With The Stars. He will be missed.
