In an investigative report that rocked the GOP yesterday, it was revealed that North Carolina Gov. Mark Robinson published messages on a porn site under the handle “Black Nazi’ years ago.

The black Gov. made incendiary statements, asserting that ‘slavery is not bad’ and wishing that ‘they would bring it back.’

CNN wasn’t hard-pressed to discover the inflammatory comments since Robinson listed his full name on his profile and an email address he has had for years.

A self-avowed family man, Robinson, has denied making the statements and vowed to stay in the race, calling the revelations ‘tabloid’ lies.

Why is this so critical? In the last presidential race, Trump won the State, but now it could be in play.

Trump once called him “Martin Luther King on steroids, ‘ though the Trump campaign is scrambling to distance the former president from Robinson.

The Democrats have jumped on this, with a planned rollout of a dozen billboards in North Carolina highlighting how Trump has praised Robinson and a new digital ad campaign.

The billboard’s planned design features a picture of Trump and Robinson posing together, along with quotes Trump has said about Robinson, such as “we have to cherish Mark” and that Robinson is “outstanding” and an “incredible gentleman.”

Meanwhile, after the CNN story broke, the Harris campaign’s X account posted more than half a dozen times Trump linked himself with  Robinson.
