Once completed, a $1B Dubai skyscraper will reportedly break five world records, including the ‘highest infinity pool,’ ‘rainforest,’ and ‘zip line inside a residential building.’

Named the Tiger Sky Tower and slated to be finished in 2029, the plan is for the skyscraper to feature the highest infinity pool in the world, the highest restaurant…you get the drift.

The zip line alone will be taller than the Empire State Building  (1,467 feet up ), and it will glide through the rainforest (yes, yes, it’s the highest zip line in a ‘residential building.’)

For people who are not afraid of heights, you can purchase a record-breaking penthouse perched on the very top of the tower.

Naturally, there’s also a state-of-the-art gym, a spa, barbecue areas, a jogging track and a podium pool.

Definitely not for anyone who is acrophobic.
