There’s a new law in Australia that bars anyone younger than 16 from having access to social media accounts.

The Prime Minister of Australia announced that the move was needed to ‘address concerns about social media’s effects on children’s mental health.’

If social media companies such as TikTok do not take “reasonable steps” to remove the users, they will face hefty fines.

Denmark is said to be watching carefully and is considering a similar ban.

Have they not taken into account how savvy some youngsters are and are bound to find a way around this ban?
