In a sweet snap Madonna posted to her Instagram page, the singer poses with six of her children to celebrate the first anniversary of the Mercy James Centre for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care, named after one of her adopted daughters.
As you’ll recall, the superstar adopted four Malawian children — twins David and Mercy, 12, from Malawi as well as five-year-old twin sisters Esther and Stella.
Madonna changed into scrubs to visit some of the children in the hospital.
