Hecklers aimed their anger at New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, yelling ‘Fire Pantaleo!’ Eric Garner gasped ‘ I can’t breath’ 11 times while being choked before he collapsed, but on Tuesday Federal prosecutors decided not to pursue charges against the police officer.
