This Year’s Best Dressed at the 24th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards 

Hollywood turned out last night for the 24^th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards and to celebrate the year in film and television. As always the fashion choices did not disappoint! 

Known as the less formal of the year’s award season events, this year’s Critics’ Choice Awards’ fashions saw an understated elegance in the gown department, while menswear shone with bold and colorful textures. 

Included below are the top picks for the best Critics’ Choice fashions. From Lady Gaga’s casual and sleek Calvin Klein by Appointment gown, to Brandon Victor Dixon’s bold bubble gum pink tuxedo coat, we’ve got you covered with details on the night’s looks.  

A departure from her fairytale Valentino gown of the Golden Globes, Lady Gaga kept her look more casual with a blush Calvin Klein by Appointment gown. Her makeup and jewel choices were more subdued and topped off with “Hollywood Glamour” hair. 

Nina Dobrev stood out in Valentino red, with her lace gown selection. She paired with Jimmy Choo for the clutch and shoes. 

“Crazy Rich Asians’ star Gemma Chan was a show-stopper on the Critics’ Choice Awards blue carpet, opting for a bespoke Jason Wu floral gown with elaborate train. Her shoes were by Jimmy Choo and paired with Anita Ko jewels and a Tyler Ellis bag. 

Ricky Martin wore a tuxedo by Prada to celebrate the series win for “The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story.” The cast was honored with a Critics’ Choice Award for Best Limited Series. 

And last but not least we wanted to celebrate Brandon Victor Dixon’s Bold use of color with his bright pink tuxedo blazer. Dixon and his cast celebrated the night with a Critics’ Choice Award win for “Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert.”
