Actor Milo Ventimiglia took CBS News on a tour of his ravaged neighborhood in Malibu to discover his house burnt to the ground.

‘Your Heart Just Breaks,’ he said as he surveyed the damage.

Milo Ventimiglia’s home was destroyed by fire.

“It’s not lost on me, life imitating art,” the actor, whose ‘This Is Us’ character died of smoke inhalation, said.

“You start thinking about all the memories in different parts of the house and whatnot,” Ventimiglia said. “And then you see your neighbors’ houses and everything, kind of around, and your heart just breaks.”

“We got good friends, and we got good people we’re working with, and we’ll make do. We’ll make due. Wife and baby and dog most important,” he added.

Due to the Eaton Fire and Palisades Fire, over 100,000 residents are still under evacuation orders.
