Trump tweeted about it all week, building up the ‘big reveal’ of the release of the 2,800  previously classified documents about the JFK assassination.  In the end, it was a letdown, as with many of Trump’s promises, since various spy agency officials convinced Trump to hold back 300 or so files, at least for another 6 months or more.

On Friday, Tweeter-in-chief wrote:

“JFK Files are being carefully released. In the end there will be great transparency. It is my hope to get just about everything to public!” he tweeted.
So once again, much ado about nothing.
