Pop superstar Taylor Swift made history at the American Music Awards Tuesday night, when she won four awards on the night, including Tour of the Year, Favorite Rock/Pop Album, Favorite Rock/Pop Female and Artist of the Year. She now holds the title of the most AMA wins by a female artist.

The best part of the show? When Swift — during one of her many acceptance speeches — urges her fans to get out and vote in the upcoming midterms.

‘This award and every single award given out tonight were voted on by the people.’

‘And you know what else is voted on by the people? The midterm elections on November 6. Get out and vote,’ she told the crowd. ‘I love you guys.’

The recent politically active singer, who came out for the Democrats,  also caused 65,000 new voter registrations in just 24 hours. You GO GIRL!
