As ‘ Trumpcare’ started to go south last week, the President was quick to distance himself, and with good reason. When the bill couldn’t garner the votes and was pulled by Paul Ryan at the last minute, Trump’s inner circle started to whisper that Ryan should take the fall.
After all, Trump is the pass-the-buck president.
