According to a new report, ordinary mouthwash may work to prevent Coronavirus infection by  ‘killing the coronavirus before it can infect human cells.’

How you ask?

The virus belong to the class of ‘enveloped viruses’, meaning they are covered by a fatty layer that is ‘vulnerable to certain chemicals.’

IF mouthwash destroys the outer layer — or ‘envelope’ — of the virus, then it can’t spread through the body,

Now before everyone tries to order mouthwash and it becomes the new hot out-of-stock item, there have been NO clinical tests, and more research is needed.
