It was supposed to be an off-the-record night at an Australian gala in Canberra on Wednesday but a video has leaked of Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull impersonating Donald Trump, joking about their now infamous phone call when Trump abruptly cut him off :
‘It was beautiful, it was the most beautiful putting-me-at-ease ever’.
As the audience roared with laughter, he continued with the roast, saying how he and Mr. Trump were ‘winning’ in the polls – ‘real’ online polls, rather than the ‘fake polls’.
‘I have this Russian guy,’ Mr Turnbull quipped, to roars of laughter.
