Talk about a great location.

The BeachLife Festival kicked off in 2019 at the Seaside Lagoon at Redondo Beach’s King Harbor, with marquee names such as Brian Wilson, Willie Nelson, and Bob Weir but — like everything else — was canceled in 2020.

It was just announced that the three-day festival will be back this fall  September 10-12th and will be bigger and better than ever. For one thing, there will be 4 stages instead of 3, MORE craft beer and pop-up food stands, and of course, great music.

It’s the quintessential California beach festival with more than 50 top-tiered bands and legendary artists, culinary masters, and multiple surf and lifestyle components for a three-day celebration of southern California beach culture.

Jim Lindberg, yes, of Pennywise fame, is part of the creative team behind the festival and hints that the ‘speakeasy stage’ will be off the charts. The ace curator of talent revealed some of the names so far…Tom Curren, Jason Cruz, Trever Keith, Jason DeVore, Me,  Urethane, Steve Caballero, White Buffalo, Kira Lingman, and Hope Waidley.

“That corner of the festival’s going to be the fun, outlaw area. It’ll be punk rock acoustic and cool art. Everyone’s going to be stoked,” Lindberg said.

This year’s lineup includes  Jane’s Addiction, Counting Crows and Ziggy Marley, Cage the Elephant, Men At Work (Colin Hay) and Jim Lindberg (Pennywise.)
