SkinBetter Science sent us their new Instant Effect Gel to review, which comes with a stainless-steel rollerball which provides luxurious, instant cooling relief. It immediately makes eyes look less puffy (that’s the caffeine from the green coffee.)
While the Instant Effect Eye gel did make our eyes look brighter and gave us a generally refreshed look, it hasn’t had a noticeable impact on our under-eye bags or diminished the fine lines.
