Remember Polaroid cameras? Remember how much fun was it to instantly see your photo develop? In today’s highly digital world we miss out on having hard copies of photos (though we still print out a few for the fridge on the inkjet.)
A few companies have entered the market with wireless iPhone printers, namely Sharper Image with their ‘Photo Cube’ ($199.) which also prints photos from any digital camera via PictBridge or USB cable.
But we like the new Erin Condren Polaroid Zip, (the company partnered with Polaroid) which is considerably smaller, has more features, is easily portable and turns out Polaroid photos. ($132.) (Erin started her company with the wildly popular Life Planner, an organizer for busy women basically, but it’s morphed into a brand now. Good for her.)
The pocket-size, wireless device, it works through a free app, available on iOS and Android, and connects to mobile devices via Bluetooth 4.0 or NFC
The Polaroid Zip is easy too; just follow the prompts. Voila! Physical photos! Who would have thunk?
Buy the bundle which includes the matching neoprene case for $149. starting October 20, 2015 but there will only be limited quantities available. Your fridge will thank you for it, not to mention the Grandparents.
