You might have seen this on your social media feed this weekend…a horrifying video of a ‘firenado’ (yes, it’s a thing) exploding in California. Calling it a ‘fire tornado in Hellifornia,’ it’s caused by a deadly combination of high temperatures, strong winds and fire.

As wildfires continue to rage across the state, 24 are dead, 3.3 million acres have burned and more than 16,750 firefighters are battling the blazes.

Washington and Oregon are also on fire.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom warned that the fire season is not finished yet and that climate change is to blame.
