A Northern California doctor, Dr. Liu, who is a huge ‘Hamilton’ fan, was worried about some of his patient’s reticence about getting the COVID vaccine so he drafted some other doctors to shoot this now-popular video.
Set to the popular Hamilton song ‘My Shot’ here’s a sample of the lyrics:
“I’m past patiently waiting. I’m passionately smashing misrepresentation. Every shot’s an act of affirmation. I’m standing in the way of casualties and sorrow. For the first time, I’m thinking past tomorrow.”
Liu said he reached out to Miranda’s team and got their blessing for the COVID-19 adaptation of his song.
