Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver cooking to help Italy. He announced he is making Pasta Amatriciana at all his ‘Jamies’ restaurants and donating two pounds for each dish sold to the Italian Red Cross. Oliver is also encouraging all Italian restaurants in Britain to do the same and help the Italian town which was completely destroyed by Wednesday’s earthquake.
A classic spaghetti in a tomato sauce with pork cheek and pecorino cheese, the dish is reportedly the most popular dish at all his restaurants.
