Valentine’s Day came early for music lovers on Feb. 12., when Boots Electric kicked off their 2015 residency at the Viper Room.
News of this had clearly spread across town as the space was filled to capacity well before the show was set to start.
Front man, Jesse Hughes, was the first member to greet the crowd as he opened the show with a one man performance.
Wanting to greet the crowd from his bar stool, as well as, wish them a happy Valentine’s Day, he started the night off with a softer sound that faded out as the rest of the band took their places on the stage.
The rest of the evening was met with impressive solos, fast drum rhythms and a perfectly manicured mustache.
Boots Electric will continue their residency at the Viper Room on the next upcoming Thursdays, Feb 19th and Feb 26th.
