When ‘Friends’ star Matthew Perry was found dead in his hot tub, with the cause of death listed as ‘the acute effects of ketamine,’ law enforcement swore they would find who was responsible for selling him lethal amounts of the illegal drug.

 

While Perry had been getting ketamine infusion therapy for anxiety and depression, his last therapy session was a week and a half before his death, so the ketamine in his system was not doctor-prescribed.

By seizing Perry’s computer and phones, they managed to track down the suspects quietly.

Today, they arrested ‘multiple drug dealers,’ two doctors, Perry’s personal assistant, and an alleged dealer known as the ‘Ketamine Queen.’

A doctor named in an indictment filed on Wednesday said in a text message that he “wondere[d] how much this moron will pay” for the drugs.

Some allegedly involved in distributing the drugs referred to vials of ketamine as “Dr Pepper”, “cans” and “bots”, the prosecutors said
