Trump spent much of Monday night and early Tuesday morning flooding Truth Social with self-congratulatory memes declaring himself the “Master Negotiator” and “Dealmaker in Chief,” even as talks with Iran appeared stalled and no formal agreement had been reached.

The online posting spree came during another tense stretch in U.S.-Iran relations, with negotiations over regional security and the Strait of Hormuz still unresolved. Despite repeatedly insisting that Tehran is “begging” for a deal, Trump has also warned there would be “no deal” without major concessions from Iran, leaving diplomats and allies uncertain about the administration’s actual endgame.

According to reports, Trump fired off more than a dozen posts in rapid succession before dawn, including memes portraying himself as America’s savior and a master strategist. Other posts attacked political rivals and revisited grievances over the Obama-era Iran nuclear agreement.

Critics say the contrast between the celebratory social media barrage and the lack of a concrete diplomatic breakthrough highlights growing questions about the administration’s Iran strategy. Analysts have noted that Trump’s trademark hardline negotiating style appears to have “hit a wall” as the crisis drags on without a finalized agreement.

Meanwhile, officials in Tehran have continued signaling that discussions remain incomplete, denying claims that a major breakthrough is imminent. International observers also remain skeptical that the White House can secure the sweeping regional deal Trump has publicly promised.
