Times, President Trump attempted to fire Robert Mueller last June but White House counsel Don MdGahn refused to order the Justice Department to fire Mueller — and threatened to resign. When Trump was asked about it as he entered the World Economic Forum in Switzerland this morning, he called the report “fake news.”
