For the last time President Obama presented the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor, to 21 artists, sports figures, scientists and philanthropists on Tuesday and to top it all off, Ellen organized a perfect mannequin challenge. (Watch below.) I think we have a winner.
