After Trump withdrew the US from the Iran nuclear deal on Tuesday, world leaders reacted with dismay and Iran blasted the President’s decision.

US allies, which includes France, Britain, Germany, China, and Russia,  have vowed that the deal us ‘not dead’ and are struggling to keep the nuclear pack in effect.

Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said Trump had made ‘a mistake’ and that the United States should not consider itself the world’s ‘economic policeman’ as Trump reinstated strict financial sanctions on Iran.

Not surprisingly, Iran’s ‘Supreme leader’ Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said America ‘cannot do a damn thing’ and, described Trump’s speech yesterday of having ‘over 10 lies’. President Hassan Rouhani has previously warned that Iran could restart enriching uranium ‘without any limitations’ within weeks. So how did Trump’s political move help world peace again?
