PARADISE DUAL PALETTE COLLECTION

According to legend, the Dear Dahila Korean cosmetics line was inspired by the dahlia flower’s enchanting origin story: when Napoleon’s wife, Empress Josephine, was struck by the flower’s surprising beauty and bold colors she commanded that dahlias could only be cultivated within the royal gardens. From that point on, the dahlia flower was known as the “queen of the garden.”

Using the pure extract from the dahlia flower, Dahlia Variabilis, said to be essential to keep your skin looking youthful and glowing, Dear Dahlia has created an all-natural, high-performance line, with gorgeous colors and long-lasting lipsticks.

The beauty editors here at DCN all tried a lipstick and it’s one of the first times we’ve all agreed that we loved a product.

‘The colors are amazing! And they last.’

‘It goes on so smooth and feels so luxurious.’

‘The Stella is now my new fave lipstick!’

Lip Paradise STELLA.

All lipsticks are $30 and did we mention that they have SPF 15?

The company has just launched the Paradise Dual Palette Collection; cute purse-sized mini palettes you can mix and match. There are the natural palettes for day – perfect eyeshadow and on the other side, a matching lip blam (also works for a blusher)  — to dramatic duos for night.

For instance, the peach and champagne (pictured below ) give us a natural glow on our cheeks, a swipe of gloss color on our lips and the sparkly champagne opens up our eyes. $29.00 each or $145 for the 5-set kit.

The sleek marble design packaging is elegant and holds up in a purse (we tested it:)
